30 YEARS ON THE NAVAJO NATION
To be a leading Navajo-owned property management and development company, creating places and opportunities that contribute to economic growth, sustainability, and professional excellence on the Navajo Nation.
To provide high-quality office, commercial, and industrial spaces that support businesses, organizations, workforce growth, and long-term economic opportunity through strong management, strategic partnerships, and responsible investment.
We conduct business with honesty, transparency, accountability, and respect.
We remain grounded in Navajo values and make decisions with consideration for the communities, businesses, and people we serve.
We responsibly care for our properties, land, resources, and investments with a long-term commitment to future generations.
We pursue high standards in our properties, operations, relationships, and service while continuing to innovate, grow, and build strong partnerships.
Hogan Tso Enterprises began as a Navajo-owned lumber and construction supply business and grew into one of the longest-standing independent commercial property companies in the greater Window Rock region.
For more than 30 years, HTE has evolved alongside the communities we serve, providing commercial space and supporting the organizations, businesses, and government partners that operate on the Navajo Nation.
Today, HTE manages commercial properties and industrial sites in Window Rock, St. Michaels, and Fort Defiance, with a focus on creating reliable, professional spaces where organizations can operate, grow, and stay connected.
HTE was built through hard work, long-standing relationships, and a commitment to the Navajo Nation. Those values continue to guide how we manage our properties, work with our tenants and vendors, and approach new opportunities.
Our history gives us something that cannot be replicated overnight: decades of experience working in this market and an understanding of what it takes to do business here.
HTE is growing beyond traditional property management. We are strengthening our existing properties, expanding commercial and industrial opportunities, modernizing our operations, and planning for the next generation of development.
Our work is focused on creating spaces and opportunities that support businesses, organizations, jobs, and long-term economic activity on the Navajo Nation.
For three decades, HTE has been shaped by Navajo women in business and leadership. Today, that foundation continues as we build a stronger organization prepared for responsible growth and new opportunities.
We believe strong business and strong communities go together. Our approach is grounded in relationships, accountability, professionalism, and a long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
HTE is proud of where we started, but we are equally focused on where we are going.
Our next chapter is about growth: improving our existing properties, developing new commercial opportunities, building stronger partnerships, and creating the infrastructure businesses need to succeed on the Navajo Nation.
